IMPact Foundation promotes and supports initiatives that have a concrete and measurable impact on individuals and the community. IMPact Foundation’s work focuses on Italy and Africa through: Interventions to combat unemployment and Sociomedical interventions
“Work should be a great joy and is still a torment for many – the torment of being out of work, the torment of doing a job that is pointless, that does not serve a noble purpose.”
Adriano Olivetti
The issue of unemployment is a priority for IMPact Foundation. IMPact Foundation’s attention is directed not only to young people, but also to all categories of people who find themselves excluded from the labour market for various reasons – from migrants, to protected persons, to the newly unemployed. IMPact Foundation’s intervention translates into supporting organisations that provide training services which are instrumental to the development of professional skills offering increased chances of future employment, as well as organisations engaged in actual job placement activities.
Strategic priority is given to identifying structured, long-term activities that enable IMPact Foundation to develop fruitful collaborations with operational partners and joint financiers.
