Overheads support

Job Club Centres are active job search “gyms” and centres where supply and demand can meet. Job Centres not only support the outplacement of job seekers, but also help them regain self-confidence and forge relationships as part of an “empowerment” path in a coworking space that they can use for their own search activities. The goal is to create a pool of oriented and motivated users profiled by soft skills: a kind of “shared academy” for local SMEs.
The users, organised into groups of 8-12 people and coordinated by a specially trained trainer, follow an active job search programme. The course consists of 10 meetings, typically one per week, all having the same structure – initial discussion, theoretical part, collective exercises, assignment of individual exercises for the next meeting – on the following topics: My Message, Application Tools, My Project, The Job Interview, The Passive Search.
The method is based on “reversal” of the job search approach, i.e., “hiring” employers by sending a proposal for cooperation through a project, thus also leading to the emergence of the hidden labour market. The strength of the group also helps stimulate and maintain constancy and positivity, put oneself back at the centre of one’s work project and, most importantly, exchange contacts and information. The offer is free of charge for jobless people and offers a number of paid services for companies, through which interested companies can access Job Club databases and receive a number of annual applications tailored to their needs.
